 Situation 1: Dina and Titin are phone seller, they have a stand of handphone at one mall. Titin stands up in front of the stand to pretentiuosly the cutomers. The customers are Dessy, Ainun and Wuri.

Titin: “Excuse me miss,are you looking for a new handphone? We have many kinds of smartphone. There are apple,samsung, nokia and others.”

Dessy: “Uh yes, I am interested about it. Could I see the brocure?”

Titin: “Of course miss, here you are.”

Dessy: “Ok, it’s good. Can I see the phone?”

Titin: “Certainly, right this way. This is our stand. “

Dina: “Uhm, could I help you miss? You may choose which one do you like. We have a lot of kind of smartphone, there are I-phone, Apple, Samsung, Nokia, and others.”

Dessy: “I want to know the newest of Samsung smartphone GTS 6350, is there?”

Dina: “Uh, of course miss.”

Dessy: “May I know what the advantage of this phone?”

Dina: “Yes obviously, this handphone is the most modern handphone in this time. If you buy this handphone, you will not feel resentful. With this phone, you can do everything what you want. You surely can communicating, browsing, chatting, watching TV, Blackberry messenger like other phone, and the special thing from this handphone is that you can do video call with other people in another city, abroad everywhere around the world that you want.”

Titin: “Yes, if this handphone lost, you can track it immediately by acces your password that you made. So, this handphone will safe if you have it”

Dina: “Of course, and one more, you will not regret to buy it. You will not feel worried if the phone lost.”

Dessy: “Ok, how much is it?”

Titin: “It’s only $700.”

Dessy: “What? It is so expensive, are you kidding?”

Dina: “Uh, it is not expensive miss, it is suitable. Because this handphone is the best quality and not many people know that.”

Dessy: “Uh uh, ok thank you for your information. I just want to know about it. Now, I must go out. Bye..

Titin: “Hey wait! Uh, she make me very upset. I thought she really want to buy this handphone. Apparently, she just want to see.”

Dina: “Calmdown! Don’t worry, we will get a better customer.”

Situation 2: After Dessy goes, Dina and Titin waiting for other customers. And a long moment later, Wuri comes. Wuri’s style is very nice. She wear the luxurios accesories. From the outside she look like a rich people.

Wuri: “Hello, excuse me.”

Titin: “Yes madam, may I help you?”

Wuri: “Uhm yes, I would like to find the most expensive phone.”

Dina: “What kind of phone do you want? We have various of smartphone. There are Apple, Samsung, Tablet and I-phone. Which one do you prefer”

Wuri: “I want to know the most expensive phone in the world in this stand. I want to look at it.”

Titin: “Yes, of course we have it. Nowadays, the most expensive handphone and the newest handphone is Apple smartphone.”

Wuri: “Really? Uhm, it is good enough. What is the surplus from this application?”

Dina: “This handphone have not bluetooth. So, will not infection with virus. And the application can also as laptop or computer. You can also acces 10 kinds of gadget.  Very multifunctions!”

Titin: “Yes madam, this handphone is waterproof and even the guarantee during 5 years. Buy it! It is very nice.”

Wuri: “Whether there is any better handphone than this one?”

Dina: “We also have the newest by Samsung phone.”

Wuri: “What is it? Could I see?”

Dina: “This is it madam, this is a Samsung phone with type 4061. It is the newest one. You can do video call with other people around the world that you want. The price is only $800.”

Wuri: “Uh, I like it. How about this handphone?”

Titin: “What? Are you serious madam? This is very cheap. It is only $10.

Wuri: “I’m interested by this handphone, I will take it ok? This is that money. Thank you. Goodbye.

Titin: “Oh my God!”

Dina: “I know what you think”

Titin: “Uh yes, her style is like very rich people. She asked all the most expensive phone. Apparently, she just buy the handphone that very cheap.”

Situation 3: Ainun is the third customer. She comes a few minutes afters Wuri goes. And she want to buy a new handphone. Her style seem modest enough.

Ainun: “Excuse me, this is Hello Kitty cellular stand?”

Dina: “Yes Mrs. Could i help you?”

Ainun: “Uhm, My neighboor say this stand selling the most expensive handphone and the newest handphone, right?

Titin: “Of course Mrs. Do you want to buy a new handphone?”

Ainun: “Yes, i want to buy the new one.”

Titin: “Alright, we also have cheaper handphone. Which one do you buy. There is Nokia phone with type 365 and also Samsung phone with type 132.” This handphones are shatterproof. You can buy it.”

Ainun: “I want to buy this Apple smartpone. How much is it?          

Dina: “Are you serious Mrs. ? But the price is $850. Do you want to buy it”?

Ainun: “Yes of course, i need it so much to work. That is why i asked this stand to my neighboor. Because just this stand that selling the most expensive phone and the newest phone, right?

Titin: “Uh, ok. You could use this handphone for your job. Because this handphone is limited edition in the world. And you can only find it in this stand.

Ainun: “Ok, I will take it. And also i want to buy Samsung phone with type GTS 6350 for my young brother, is there?

Dina: “ Yes there is Mrs. It is also the best phone in our stand, and in this country.”

Ainun: “ Uh, it’s ok. What the advantage of this smartphone?”

Titin: “With this phone, you can do everything what you want. You surely can communicating, browsing, chatting, watching TV, Blackberry messenger like other phone, and the special thing from this handphone is that you can do video call with other people in another city, abroad everywhere around the world that you want.”

Ainun: “Great! Well, I will buy the both of them. How much the total price by the Apple phone and the Samsung smartphone it is?

Dina: “Uhm, the total price is $1550.”

Ainun: “Ok, This is that money. Thank you!”

Titin:” You’re welcome.”
